Caramel Pudding





In this post we are going to see how to make Caramel Pudding recipe. This caramel Pudding simplify the process by using 3 main ingredients.  The flavour and texture of this caramel Pudding is really amazing while it is made from simple and basic ingredients.  This is a quick pudding recipe with 10 minutes of preparation time and 30 minutes of steaming. This pudding can be made without an oven in a cooker.

INGREDIENTS 

For sugar syrup 

  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Water - 3 tbsp
For pudding 

  • Fresh milk - 1 cup (1/2 liter)
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Egg - 4

Instructions 

1.  First keep a saucepan in flame and pour water and add sugar to that. 

2. Then keep on stirring until sugar dissolves. 



3. Making sugar syrup For caramel Pudding is tricky because if you keep the sugar syrup For long time in flame it has a chance to burnt.

4. So be careful and don't go anywhere while you making sugar syrup. 

5. The sugar syrup's consistency and colour should be thick and dark brown colour.  



6. Then transfer the sugar syrup to the pan you are going to set pudding. 

7.  Then rotate the pan to spread the sugar syrup evenly to the pan

8. Keep aside the pan to cool and set until we make pudding. 



9. Keep a saucepan to the flame and add milk and sugar and mix well. 

10. Heat up the milk until sugar dissolves. 



11.  Let the milk to cool. Then add eggs and  prepared milk to a mixer grinder. 

12. And grind until everything mix together. 




13. Now we are going to steam the pudding . For that pour some water to steaming vessel.  



14. Then keep that hole  plate on the steaming vessel .

15. Make sure that water and pudding pan should not directly contact. 

16. Keep our sugar syrup pan on top part of the vessel.  



17. Then pour the milk mixture to the sugar syrup. 



18. Then close it with a lid and steam for about 30 minutes or until it's coocook. 



19. After 30 minutes insert a toothpick and take out cheak whether the toothpick come out clean.

20. If the toothpick not come out clean then steam again until it cooks properly. 




21. To demould the caramel Pudding, insert a knife to edge of the pudding. 

22. Then keep a plate top of the pudding pan and do upside down.



23. Now our easy and tasty caramel Pudding is ready to serve. 

24. Refrigerate 30 minutes it will taste better. Cut in pieces and serve.
