Chocolate Fudge



In this post we are going to make 2 ingredients easy chocolate fudge at home. This easy rich in chocolate homemade chocolate fudge is a favourite to give and get, especially as a welcome dish.  The fudge smooth, creamy, ultra thick and extra chocolaty. All you need just 2 ingredients a a little time and you can get into this easy to prepare delicious chocolate fudge recipe. you can add some chopped nuts of your choice on top and they are really perfect for gift giving or even as a treat for yourself.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Semi sweet dark chocolate - 300g
  • Milkmaid or condensed milk - 400g

METHOD 

1. Grease 5×7 inch pan with butter for all the sides.



2. Then line the pan with parchment paper like in the picture shown below. 

3. That we can take out the chocolaye fudge easily .



4. Roughly cut the chocalate into small pieces so that they melts quickly. 



5Keep a pan in low heat and add condensed milk or milkmaid. 



6. Then add the chopped chocolate to the milkmaid. 



7. Keep stirring for 4 to 5 minutes until the chocalate melts.



8. The consistency should be very thick.



9. Pour the chocalate mixture into the prepared pan.



10. Spread evenly and tap down for 2 to 3 times.



11. Refrigerate the chocalate fudge 3 to 4 hours or overnight .



12. Take out the chocalate fudge from the fridge and take out from the pan also by lifting the parchment paper. 

13. Then remove the parchment paper.  



14. Cut into small pieces and serve.
