In this post we are going to make Hot and Spicy Chicken Fry recipe at home. This is very tasty and different dish. If you are bored with the same chicken fry then you can try this recipe at home. This recipe gets its magical taste from freshly dry roast spices.

INGREDIENTS
- Garlic - 8
- Ginger - 1 inch piece
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Cinnamon stick - small
- Green cardamom - 4
- Black cardamom - 1
- Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
- Red dry chillies - 8-10
- Oil or ghee - 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - pinch
- Onion - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Curryleaves
1. Pound ginger and garlic and make ginger and garlic coarse paste.
2. Take a pan and keep that in low heat and add all the spices: Cinnamon stick, green cardamom, black cardamom, coriander seeds and red chillies.
3. Dry roast the spices for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Now grind all the dry roasted spices into fine powder.
5. In another pan add oil or ghee after it's get hot add cumin seeds, onions and few curry leaves and sauté until golden brown.
6. Now add ginger and garlic paste, salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
7. Now add cleaned chicken and sauté for 2 minutes.
8. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
9. Open the lid and mix again now add the freshly prepared spice powder and sauté for 5 minutes on low flame.
10. Finally add some curry leaves top of the Hot and Spicy Chicken Fry and turn off the flame.
11. Our spicy chicken fry is ready to serve.
