Easy Dynamite Shrimp



In this post we are going to make Easy Dynamite Shrimp at home. Dynamite Shrimp is yummy recipe made with spice coated flour and fried shrimp, covered in spicy mayo sauce is next to perfect recipe to serve as an appetizer or the main course.  When you go to a Japanese restaurant, these yummy shrimps are usually as a side dish or an appetizer.  It's remarkably easy to make right at home.

INGREDIENTS 


  • Shrimp - 200g (medium size)
  • Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup 
  • Chili sauce - 1 tbsp 
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp 
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Paprika powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp 
  • Egg - 1 (small size)
  • All purpose flour - 1/4 cup 
  • Corn Starch - 1/4 cup 
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp 
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp 
  • Mix herbs - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Oil - to fry


INSTRUCTIONS 


1. In a bowl add mayonnaise and chillies sauce and mix well and keep aside. 



2.  Set aside this Spicy mayonnaise sauce.



3. In another bowl take cleaned and deveined shrimp, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, soy sauce, egg and mix well. 



4. In another plate or bowl add flour, corn starch, salt,  mixed herbs,  garlic powder and mix. 

5. Take marinated Shrimp and put that into flour mixture and dust all sides.



6. Make sure that all sides of the shrimp are coated with flour.



7.  In medium heat oil fry the shrimps. Deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes. (Do not over fry)



8. Put the fried shrimps into mayonnaise child sauce mixture and mix well. 




9. To garnish add some chopped spring onions on top. (Optional)
