No- Bake Fudgy Brownies (Raw, vegan, Gluten free)

No Bake Fudgy Brownies that are naturally sweetened, easy to make and no oven is required.  These are chewy, fudgy rich chocolate flavor brownies. This easy homemade fudgy no bake brownies are a healthy, tasty treat. It is fascinating to make these fudgy no bake brownies.

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Cashew nuts - 1 cup 
  2. Dates - 1 cup (deseeded)
  3. Almond - 1 cup 
  4. Cocoa powder - 1/2 cup 
  5. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  6. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp 
  7. Coconut milk - 1/2 cup 
  8. Dark chocolate - 1 cup (chopped)

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • In a bowl add cashew nuts and soak in boiling water for 1 hour. 


  • Then add dates in another bowl and soak in boiling water for 1 hour. 

  • In a food processor add almonds, cocoa powder and salt then turn that into a fine powder. 

  • Transfer the powder a small bowl. 

  • In the same food processor add soaked cashews, dates and vanilla essence grind to a paste. 

  • Now add the almond cocoa powder mix and mix everything together. 

  • Take 7*7 inch square pan greased and lined with parchment paper.
  • Transfer mixture from food processor to the pan and shaped and refrigerate for 1 hour. 

  • Keep a saucepan on medium heat and add coconut milk heat until it's start to simmer.

  • Straightly  Transfer this milk to chopped dark chocolate and wait for 4 to 5 minutes then mix.

  • Mix to a thick chocolate ganache. 

  • Pour the melted chocolate on the brownie. Spread evenly and refrigerate 25 to 30 minutes  

  • Cut into pieces.
