This chicken veggies stir fry is a power pack dinner as it is full of iron and vitamins. You will love this dish and place it on top of your menu.
INGREDIENTS
- Vegetable oil or olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Finely chopped onions - 2 tbsp
- Minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Minced garlic - 2 tsp
- Chicken mince - 250g
- Chili pepper - 1/2 cup (sliced)
- Asparagus - 1/2 cup
- Broccoli florets - 1.5 cup
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Baby spinach - 2 cups
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep a pan in high heat add oil, finely chopped onions and minced ginger and garlic and Saute for few seconds.
- Then add minced chicken stir fry the mince for 2 minutes.
- Now add Chilli paper, asparagus and broccoli florets stir fry vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes
- Add salt black pepper and mix well.
- Then add baby spinach stir fry for one more minute.
- Meanwhile in a cup ad 2 tbsp of water, soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.
- Now add the sauce mix to the veggies and cook.
- Finally add Chilli flakes and mix then stir fry for one more minute
