Fried Icecream


INGREDIENTS 


  1. Ice cream - 4 big scoops
  2. Egg - 1
  3. Bread crumbs - 1 cup 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Today I'm using 2 flavours of ice cream: vanilla and strawberry mix.
  • You can choose any flavour of ice cream that you like.
  • Prepare a plate with parchment paper. 
  • Using a ice cream scoop and roll the ice cream for medium size balls. (Roll 5 to 6 times approximately)

  • Likewise I have made 4 big ice cream balls.
  • Freeze the Ice cream ball at least 2 hours for solid.

  • Meanwhile, beat the in a bowl.
  • Take out the ice cream balls from the freezer.
  • Then gradually dip in the egg.

  • Then roll in the bread crumbs. 

  • Again freeze the coated ice cream balls for another 2 hours. 
  • After 2 hours take out the coated ice cream balls from the freezer. 

  • Do the same coating process again.
  • Dip in the egg.

  • And roll in the bread crumbs. 

  • Finally keep the ice cream balls in the freezer for last time before frying.

  • In a pan in high heat add oil to deep fry. 
  • The fry the ice cream Only for 5 seconds.
  • ( Do not fry the ice cream more than 5 second)

  • Immediately take out the ball after 5 seconds. 

  • Let that rest for few minutes. 
  • Then dust some icing sugar on top for garnishing. 
  • You can also use chocolate syrup For garnishing.
