In this post we are going to make Egg Kurma/ korma at home.
Egg Kurma/ korma is one of the very popular traditional dishes in the South Asian subcontinent. The delicious dish goes very well with pulao and doesn't take long time to cook. So, here's the easy recipe for very delicious Egg Kurma / korma.

INGREDIENTS
- Boiled Eggs - 8
- Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilies - 5 (slit)
- Cardamom - 3
- Cloves - 3
- Cinnamon stick - small piece
- Bay leaves - 2
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Onions - 2 (sliced)
- Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Cashew - 10
- Fried onions
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Kewra water - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Oil
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put small cut in boiled eggs and add pinch of salt. Mix well.
- In a pan add oil and fry the eggs until light brown colour. Then take out.
- In the same pan add ghee, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and fry for few seconds
- Then add onions and ginger and garlic sauté until raw smell goes off.
- Now add little water and chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, green chilies , salt and curd.
- Mix well.
- When oil separates add cashew paste and mix well.
(Grind the cashews with little water.)
- At this stage add fried eggs on the gravy and let the gray for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes add mill in the medium low heat flame.
- Finally add sugar , green chilies and fried onions and mix well.
- At the last stage of switch off the flame add Kewra water .
- Mix everything well and switch off the flame.
