Chocolate Fudge is a combination of chocolate, condensed milk and different types of nuts. It is a mouth watering dessert on any occasion. It as a soft yet sticky texture literally melts in your mouth. Making chocolate fudge may sound very difficult but it is one of the easy dessert. I ever made it only takes about 10 or 15 minutes to make this heaven of chocolate. If you want you can even add some dried fruits to it make it tastier.
INGREDIENTS
- Dark semi sweet chocolate
- Condensed milk - 400g
- Pistachios - Chopped
- Cashews - Chopped
- Peanuts - Chopped
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dry roast the nuts in low heat and set aside.
- In a saucepan keep some water and bring it to simmer.
- Apply some butter to a tray and lined with parchment paper.
- In a heat resistant bowl add chocolate, condensed milk and butter.
- Then keep the bowl top of the saucepan then mix until chocolate melts.
- Then add vanilla essence and Nuts.
- Pour the chocalate fudge to the prepared tray and shape with a spatula.
- Then add some roasted nuts on top.
- Refrigerate for overnight or until set.
- Then remove from the parchment paper then cut to pieces and enjoy!!!
