Spinach Recipe | Palong Shak | Garlic Spinach

 
Here is the recipe for very simple tasty healthy Palong shak Bhaji (Garlic Sautéed Spinach) . It takes only 10 minutes to cook. Hope you like the recipe.



INGREDIENTS

  1. Spinach
  2. Garlic - 4 chopped
  3. Onion - 1 medium size Chopped
  4. Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
  5. Green Chilies - 2 sliced
  6. Oil - 2 tbsp
  7. Salt - to taste


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Cut the Spinach.


  • In a pan add oil and add onions saute for few minutes. 

  • Then add garlic and green chilies sauté until brown in colour.

  • Now add salt and mix well.

  • At this stage add spinach and mix well. 

  • Close with a lid to cook well around 2 minutes. 

  • Finally add Chilli flakes and mix well.
