Spinach Recipe | Palong Shak | Garlic Spinach
Here is the recipe for very simple tasty healthy Palong shak Bhaji (Garlic Sautéed Spinach) . It takes only 10 minutes to cook. Hope you like the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- Spinach
- Garlic - 4 chopped
- Onion - 1 medium size Chopped
- Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Green Chilies - 2 sliced
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the Spinach.
- In a pan add oil and add onions saute for few minutes.
- Then add garlic and green chilies sauté until brown in colour.
- Now add salt and mix well.
- At this stage add spinach and mix well.
- Close with a lid to cook well around 2 minutes.
- Finally add Chilli flakes and mix well.
