Chocolate Cake is probably the most delicious and famous cake and loved by almost everyone. In this post I have shared a very easy chocolate cake recipe which you can make at home with only 2 ingredients. Hope you enjoy and try this recipe of 2 ingredients chocolate cake.
INGREDIENTS
- Semi sweet chocolate - 200g
- Medium size Egg - 4
Instructions
- Chop the chocalate and add them to a heat resistant bowl.
- Melt the chocalate in double boiling method
- Preheat the cooker add 1 cup of salt into the cooker and spread the salt evenly in one single layer inside the cooker.
- Carefully keep a heatproof stand or rack or trivet on the layer of salt inside pan.
- Keep the flame to a low begin to preheat the pan close with lid for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl separate the egg whites and egg yolks.
- Beat the egg whites in high speed using electric beater.
- Beat until creamy and fluffy.
- Take a 6 inch cake mould and brush the mould with oil and lined with parchment paper.
- In the melted chocolate add the egg yolks one after the other and mix until well incorporate.
- Now add the beaten egg white by portion and mix carefully. (Fold and mix)
- Pour the cake batter to the cake mould.
- Take on the surface to release the excess air bubbles.
- Then carefully place the cake mould on the stand and close with the lid.
- Bake the chocalate cake for 35 minutes depending size the cooker.
- Then remove the cake from the cake mould then dust icing sugar on top.
- Cut into pieces.
- Then decorate as per your wish. I'm using butter cream to frost the cake .
