2 Ingredients Chocolate Cake


Chocolate Cake is probably the most delicious and famous cake and loved by almost everyone. In this post I have shared a very easy chocolate cake recipe which you can make at home with only 2 ingredients. Hope you enjoy and try this recipe of 2 ingredients chocolate cake.



INGREDIENTS

  1. Semi sweet chocolate - 200g
  2. Medium size Egg - 4


Instructions

  • Chop the chocalate and add them to a heat resistant bowl. 
  • Melt the chocalate in double boiling method

  • Preheat the cooker add 1 cup of salt into the cooker and spread the salt evenly in one single layer inside the cooker.
  • Carefully keep a heatproof stand or rack or trivet on the layer of salt inside pan.  

  • Keep the flame to a low begin to preheat the pan close with lid for 5 minutes. 

  • In a bowl separate the egg whites and egg yolks. 

  • Beat the egg whites in high speed using electric beater. 

  • Beat until creamy and fluffy. 

  • Take a 6 inch cake mould and brush the mould with oil and lined with parchment paper. 

  • In the melted chocolate add the egg yolks one after the other and mix until well incorporate.

  • Now add the beaten egg white by portion and mix carefully. (Fold and mix)

  • Pour the cake batter to the cake mould. 
  • Take on the surface to release the excess air bubbles.

  • Then carefully place the cake mould on the stand and close with the lid.

  • Bake the chocalate cake for 35 minutes depending size the cooker.

  • Then remove the cake from the cake mould then dust icing sugar on top.

  • Cut into pieces. 

  • Then decorate as per your wish. I'm using butter cream to frost the cake .
