Sweet Dumplings





INGREDIENTS 


  1. All Purpose Flour - 1 cup 
  2. Sugar - 1 tsp 
  3. Cornstarch -1 tbsp
  4. Dried active yeast - 1 tsp 
  5. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  6. Luke Warm Water - 3/4 cup 

For Syrup

  1. Sugar - 1.5 cup
  2. Water - 1 cup 
  3. Cardamom  - 3 
  4. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • Sieve the all purpose flour to a bowl .
  • And add sugar, cornstarch, yeast, salt and mix well. 

                       


  • Now add luke warm water little by little until medium consistency batter.


  • Then cover with a cling film and rest for 1.5 hours until it's raise.

  • Meanwhile, to make the sugar syrup 
  • Keep a pan in medium high heat and add sugar add water and boil until sugar dissolves. 
  • Now add cardamom and lemon juice boil for 5 more minutes. 

  • After 1.5 hours the mix ready to be fry.

  • Keep a frying pan on medium flame add enough oil for deep frying. 

  • Wet your hand in water.
  • Take small balls from the batter then drop it to the oil carefully.
  • Wet your hand everytime before take the batter.

  • Fry until golden brown.

  • After fried the balls add the balls to the sugar syrup right from the oil.
  • Keep in the sugar syrup For 1 to 2 minutes max.
  • Now serve.
