INGREDIENTS
- All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Cornstarch -1 tbsp
- Dried active yeast - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Luke Warm Water - 3/4 cup
For Syrup
- Sugar - 1.5 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Cardamom - 3
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sieve the all purpose flour to a bowl .
- And add sugar, cornstarch, yeast, salt and mix well.
- Now add luke warm water little by little until medium consistency batter.
- Then cover with a cling film and rest for 1.5 hours until it's raise.
- Meanwhile, to make the sugar syrup
- Keep a pan in medium high heat and add sugar add water and boil until sugar dissolves.
- Now add cardamom and lemon juice boil for 5 more minutes.
- After 1.5 hours the mix ready to be fry.
- Keep a frying pan on medium flame add enough oil for deep frying.
- Wet your hand in water.
- Take small balls from the batter then drop it to the oil carefully.
- Wet your hand everytime before take the batter.
- Fry until golden brown.
- After fried the balls add the balls to the sugar syrup right from the oil.
- Keep in the sugar syrup For 1 to 2 minutes max.
- Now serve.
