Chocolate Marie Cups




INGREDIENTS 


  • Marie biscuits - 20 (or any other plain sweet Biscuits)
  • Melted butter - 5 tbsp 
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate - 50 g
  • Corn flour -  2 tbsp
  • Fresh milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp 

METHOD 


  1. Crush the biscuit until they form a powdered texture and the melted butter. 
  2. Mix well until it forms crumbles.
  3. Then put that mixture into the dessert cups and press with a spoon so that it from a smooth crust for the base.
  4. Refrigerate the cups until you make the chocalate custard layer.
  5. Add corn flour and sugar to the milk and whisk well.
  6. Double boil the dark chocolate with butter until it makes a smooth consistency .
  7. Let it cool a little.
  8. Heat the milk , when the milk starts thickening, add the melted chocolate butter mixture and mix well. 
  9. Once it forms a thick consistency it's done.
  10. put that custard intimate the cups you refrigerate. 
  11. Yes.  Chocolate chunks, cashews or chocolate syrup for the topping. 
  12. Refrigerate 1 hour and enjoy your dessert.
