Tomato sauce can talk over with many one of a kind sauces made ordinarily from tomatoes, typically to be served as part of a dish, in place of a condiment. Tomato sauces are commonplace for meat and vegetables but they're perhaps great called bases for Mexican salsas or sauces for pasta dishes.
Pizza sauce is first-rate for loads greater than simply pizzas! This terrific thick and rich sauce is my new go-to crimson sauce. Use it for meatball subs, eggplant or bird parmesan, or only for dipping breadsticks, It's a quick, easy, all-cause crimson sauce.
INGREDIENTS
- Tomato - 2 ( I'm taking 2 because I need small portion to make pizzadillas. If you want to make pizza you can double the measures)
- Chili powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Onion - 1 small (chopped)
- Garlic - 2 to 3
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Basil - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp (optional)
- Venegar - 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp (optional)
METHOD
- Take the tomatoes and wash. Keep saucepan with water in flame and let it to boil. Then put the tomatoes in boiling water. And let that to boil for about 3 to 4 minutes. When skin of the tomatoes peel off take out of the water. Then peel off the skin of the tomatoes.
3. In a aluminium free wok add the olive oil after its hot add garlic, basil and onions leave that to 4 to 5 minutes and mix .
4. The add salt and Oregano and mix well. Then add pepper powder .
5. Now pour the grind tomato puree to the wok then add Chili powder. In this stage keep the flame in medium low heat.
6. After 1 minute add vinegar , sugar and tomato sauce. Mix well.
7. After some minutes the sauce starts tto elaborate and thick add the Parmesan cheese. And mix well.
8. After its completely become like a sauce switch off the flame.
9. Now your homemade Pizza sauce is ready with simple steps.
