Peri Peri Masala



In this post we are going to make Peri Peri masala at home with easily available ingredients.  This masala just tastes aawesome. You can use this masala in noodles, ti make french fries and to make starters like anything out of chicken, paneer by they do I mean you can get creative with masala and  innovate and make new dishes enjoy.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Garlic powder - 2 tsp
  • Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Onion powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste 
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Black salt - 1/4 tsp 
  • Sugar - 3/4 tsp 
  • Citric acid - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1 tsp 
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp  


METHOD 


1. In a bowl add ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder Salt, kashmir red chilli 

powder back salt and mix.



2. Now in a motor pastal  add sugar, citric acid, chilli flakes and Oregano.

3. We don't want fine powder so just coarsely pound the ingredients. 



4. Now add the pound masala to the  rest of the masala and mix.



5. At this stage i mean once you are done mixing you can taste the masala and adjust the salt.

6. If you are think you want adjust anything else you can do that too.

7. Then transfer to a airtight container and use whenever you need this Peri Masala.
