Potatoes and Eggs Kebab


In this post we are going to make Eggs and Potatoes Kebab. Eggs and Potatoes kebas are popular due to their simplicity and finger- licking taste. You can prepare this easy snack with only few ingredients and simple seasoning. 


There are plenty of ways to make these kebabs with the little variations of ingredients and adding some spices here or there, you can come up with some flavoursome kebabs.

INGREDIENTS 


  1. Boiled potatoes - 1 large size
  2. Boiled Eggs - 3 small size
  3. Salt - 1/2 tsp 
  4. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp 
  5. Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp 
  6. Chopped green chilies - 3 medium size
  7. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tsp 
  8. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp 
  9. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp 
  10. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp 
  11. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp 
  12. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp 
  13. Fried onions - 1/2 cup 
  14. Oil - to fry 
  15. Beaten egg - 1
  16. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup 



INSTRUCTIONS 


  • In a bowl great the boiled potatoes and eggs. 



  • Then add all the spices : salt, pepper powder, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chilies and fried onions. 



  • Now mix all the ingredients using your hands.



  • Grease your hands and take small portion of the mixture. 
  • Then round and  flatten down the mixture to a kebab shape. 



  • I have made 10 kebas in above measures. 



  • And give them a egg wash.



  • Then dust the kebabs in bread crumbs. 
  • Refrigerate 10 minutes. 



  • Add oil in a pan and fry the kebas.



  • Fry until golden brown.
