Grilled Cheese Recipe


INGREDIENTS 

  1. White bread - 2 slices 
  2. Softened butter - 2 tsp on each bread
  3. Sliced cheddar cheese - 2 slices 
  4. Mozzarella Cheese - 2-3 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • Apply butter only one side of each slice of bread .

  • A pan in medium low heat toast the bread. (Butter side down.)
  • Keep a slice of cheddar cheese on the bread .

  • Then grated mozzarella cheese on top.

  • One more slice cheddar cheese on top.

  • Then second bread slice on the cheese slice. (Butter side up.)

  • Grill until lightly browned. ( 3 to 4 min each side.)

  • Gently press with a spatula. 
  • Cut and serve with sauce.
