INGREDIENTS
- Cubed Chicken - 500g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1 large size
- All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
- Cornflour - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chili sauce - 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
- White vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Cornflour - 1 tbsp
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Minced garlic - 1 tbsp
- Minced ginger - 1 tbsp
- Chopped green chilies - 4 small size
- Cubed onions - 1 small size
- Bellpepers - 1 small size
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- In chicken add salt, black pepper, ginger and garlic paste, dark soy sauce, egg, all purpose flour, corn flour and mix well.
- Rest for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Keep a saucepan with oil to deep fry in medium high heat.
- Fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. (5 to 6 minutes)
- In a small add water, soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, white vinegar, corn flour and mix without lumps.
- Keep aside.
- In a pan in medium high heat add cooking oil , minced garlic, minced ginger and sauté for few seconds.
- Then add green chilies, onions, bellpepers and sauté the veggie for a minute.
- Now add the salt, black pepper, sugar and mix well.
- Then add the sauce mixture and cook until the sauce thickened.
- Now add the fried chicken and mix well for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Finally add chopped spring onions and mix well.
- Transfer to plate and serve with cooled drink.
