1 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

If you do not have enough time to bake a chocolate cake in an oven but still carving one so bad,  then don't worry, you can make one in a microwave just in 1 minute! Well, it will take you less than 5 minutes for preparing and 1 minute for cooking and you can enjoy and absolutely delicious chocolate cake whenever you like! This cake is a perfectly soft and spongy cake texture to it,  which makes it the best chocolate cake in a mug. This awesomely delicious chocolate Mug Cake is a single serving one. Another good thing about this Microwave mug cake is, you will only need one mug to do the whole preparing and baking process. So, it is not only very delicious but also very easy to make too. 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. All purpose flour - 3 tbsp 
  2. Sugar - 2 tbsp 
  3. Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp 
  4. Baking powder - 1/4 tsp 
  5. Salt - a pinch 
  6. Milk - 3 tbsp
  7. Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp 
  8. Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp 
  9. Milk milk chunks - 20g 

INSTRUCTIONS TO COOK 


  • In a microwave proof mug add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder .

  • Then mix the dry ingredients. 

  • Now add milk ,  vegetable oil. 

  • And also add vanilla essence.

  • Mix well all the ingredients using a fork.

  • Now add milk chocolate chunks then roughly mix.

  • Keep the mug cake on microwave for 1 minute. 

  • Take out from the microwave after 1 minute.
  • Dust with some of icing sugar. 

  • And drizzle with melted chocolate.
