Homemade Mayonnaise



INGREDIENTS 

  • Egg yolks - 2 room temperature 
  • Oil - 200ml
  • Black pepper - 1/4 tsp 
  • White vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a large bowl add the egg yolks 

  • Then beat using  hand whisk.
  • Beat until creamy.
  • Then pour the oil while beating gradually.

  • Beat until well combined. 

  • Then add salt, black pepper, white vinegar and lemon juice. 

  • Mix agin until incorporated. 

  • Bet until creamy in texture. 
  • You can preserve this homemade mayonnaise on refrigerator for 3 months.
