INGREDIENTS
- Egg yolks - 2 room temperature
- Oil - 200ml
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- White vinegar - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl add the egg yolks
- Then beat using hand whisk.
- Beat until creamy.
- Then pour the oil while beating gradually.
- Beat until well combined.
- Then add salt, black pepper, white vinegar and lemon juice.
- Mix agin until incorporated.
- Bet until creamy in texture.
- You can preserve this homemade mayonnaise on refrigerator for 3 months.
