INGREDIENTS
- Oats - 1/2 cup
- China seeds - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
- Salt - pinch
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Peanut butter - 1 tbsp
- Strawberry jam - 1 tbsp
- Diced strawberries - 1/4 cup
- Greek yogurt - 6 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a jar add oats.
- Then add china seeds.
- Also add milk and vanilla essence to the jar.
- Now add honey and salt.
- Add peanut butter and strawberry jam.
- Also add diced strawberries and mix well.
- Close with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
- Take out from fridge and mix well.
- Add Greek yogurt on top.
- Top with strawberries, blueberries and chopped peanuts.
