Jiggly milk Pudding


This delightful  thick and creamy milk pudding  is always a treat and super simple to make using some common ingredients. So,  anytime you are looking to make a simple yet delicious dessert using few ingredients, you definitely can give this recipe a go. This creamy custardy milk pudding simply melts in your mouth, which surely will blow your mind the use of the both heavy cream and condensed milk makes this pudding more thick and creamy and the silky smooth texture of this delicious dessert takes it to the next level. It is absolutely worth trying this easy and delicious milk pudding recipe. 

 If  properly covered and stored in the refrigerator this pudding will last 4 to 7 days.



INGREDIENTS 

  1. Gelatin / Agar powder - 2 tbsp 
  2. Milk - 1 cup  (250ml)
  3. Milk - 2 cups (500ml)
  4. Heavy Cream - 1 cup  (240ml)
  5. Condensed milk - 1 can (397g)
  6. Vanilla essence - 1tsp

IINSTRUCTIONS


  • Mix gelatine and 1 cup of milk and set aside. 

  • In a saucepan in medium low heat add 2 cups of milk and heavy cream and warm the milk. (Do not boil)

  • Gently mix the milk until warm. 

  •  now add in the gelatin milk mixture.
  • Stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.

  • Now add condensed milk and vanilla essence and stir until incorporated.

  •  Gently mix. 


  • Switch off the flame and transfer the milk to a loaf pan or any pan.

  •  Then let it to cool to room temperature.

  • Then refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Gently scrape the sides using a knife. 

  • Then keep a plate over the pen and turn upside down.

  • Garnish with some ground Pistachios. 

  • Serve chill.
