INGREDIENTS
- Sugar - 1/3 cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Chili flakes - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/3 cup
- White vinegar - 1/3 cup
- Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a saucepan add sugar, salt, chili flakes, ginger, garlic.
- Then add water, vinegar, ketchup (ketchup is optional if u add ketchup it gives red sauce colour.)
- Switch on the flame on medium high heat qmd stir the ingredients.
- Meanwhile it's boiling, in a small bowl add cornstarch and water (2 tbsp) and mix without lumps.
- Then the sauce is simmering add the cornstarch water while stirring.
- Mix constantly for 2 minutes.
- When it's reach saucy consistency switch off the flame and let it to cool.
- U can preserve this sauce for 4 months on normal freezer.
