Vanilla Buttercream Frosting


Vanilla Buttercream Frosting |Cake Decoration Cream | Cake Frosting 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. Butter - 1 cup ( softened butter)
  2. Icing sugar - 3 cups  (powdered sugar)
  3. Milk - 2 tbsp 
  4. Vanilla essence - 2 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • Sift the icing sugar using a sieve before you start.

  • Then in large bowl add the butter, and beat the butter using a electric beater. 

  • Then butter should Change in its colour yellow to white. 
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl in between times.

  • Now add the icing sugar in batches. 
  • And beat well with the butter.

  • Scrape the sides of the bowl.

  • After adding sugar, add vanilla essence to the cream mixture.

  • And also add milk .

  • Then in hight speed.
  • Beat until smooth and soft.

  • Now you can use this buttercream frosting to decorate any cake, doughnut.
