Vanilla Buttercream Frosting |Cake Decoration Cream | Cake Frosting
INGREDIENTS
- Butter - 1 cup ( softened butter)
- Icing sugar - 3 cups (powdered sugar)
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Sift the icing sugar using a sieve before you start.
- Then in large bowl add the butter, and beat the butter using a electric beater.
- Then butter should Change in its colour yellow to white.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl in between times.
- Now add the icing sugar in batches.
- And beat well with the butter.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl.
- After adding sugar, add vanilla essence to the cream mixture.
- And also add milk .
- Then in hight speed.
- Beat until smooth and soft.
- Now you can use this buttercream frosting to decorate any cake, doughnut.
