Banana Fritters are the best snack to satisfy your sweet tooth, they are made with sweet delicious bananas with vanilla and then fried to perfection and and do not lose the grabbing taste until the last bite. This recipe will take you back to your mother's kitchen or warm summer evening that all of us cherished as kids. So below is what you need and the direction for the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
- Very ripe bananas - 2 large size
- Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
- All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Desiccated coconut - 1/2 cup
- Baking Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Oil - to deep fry
INSTRUCTIONS
- Smash the bananas until well smashed.
- Then add brown sugar and mix well
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Then add rice flour, all purpose flour, desiccated coconut, baking powder, cinnamon powder, salt, milk and mix well.
- Mix well.
- In a medium heat flame keep a pan and add oil to deep fry.
- Then add a spoon of the prepared mixture.
- Then fry until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar
