Badam Milk


Tandai Recipe |  Badam Milk | Almond Milk | Masala Milk | Summer Drink 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. whole black pepper - 1 tsp
  2. Cardamom - 4 pieces
  3. Cinnamon stick - 1 small piece
  4. Almonds - 20 to 25 pieces
  5. Cashew nuts - 20 to 25 pieces
  6. Poppy seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
  8. Milk - 3 cups
  9. Sugar - 1/4 cup
  10. Rose water - 1 tsp
  11. Ice cubes 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a blender jar add pepper, cardamom, cinnamon stick, almonds, cashews, poppy seeds,  fennel seeds and blend all the ingredients. 

  • This is Badam milk masala, store in air tight container.

  • Keep a pan in medium high heat and add milk bring it to simmer. 

  • Now add sugar then mix until sugar dissolves. 

  • Now add the Badam milk masala. (1.5 tbsp per cup) 

  • Mix well.
  • Finally add rose water mix and switch off the flame. 

  • Then pour the sieve and let it to cool.

  • Add ice cubes to the glasses.

  • Now in glass add ice cubes as you want and pour the Badam milk.


  • You can also garnish with chopped nuts.
