Chicken Potato Cutlet


Chicken Cutlet | Chicken Potatoe Cutlet | Chicken Chop


INGREDIENTS

  1. oil - 2 tbsp
  2. Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
  3. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 heaped tsp
  4. Green Chili - 1 piece
  5. Chicken mince - 250g
  6. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  7. Blackpepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  11. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Smashed potatoes - 2 medium size
  13. Green chilies - 2 pieces
  14. Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
  15. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  16. Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
  17. Egg - 1 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Keep a pan in medium heat and add oil and onions sauté until half cooked.


  • Then add ginger & Garlic paste, green chili fry for 1 minute.

  • Now add chicken mince then mix well and cook the chicken. 

  • Also add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cuminpowder, garam masala and mix well with the chicken. 

  • Close the pan with the lid and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes or until chicken cooked well.

  • Now transfer the chicken mixture to a bowl and add potatoes, green chilies, chopped coriander and salt. 

  • Mix all the ingredients well incorporated. 

  • Now make cutlet shape using your hands.

  • In a small bowl Crack an egg and beat and add bread crumbs on a tray and set aside. 

  • Take the cutlet then dip in the egg and dust in the bread crumbs. 

  • In a frying pan add enough oil for deep frying in high heat.

  • Now fry the cutlets until golden brown each side.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
