Chicken Cutlet | Chicken Potatoe Cutlet | Chicken Chop
INGREDIENTS
- oil - 2 tbsp
- Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
- Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 heaped tsp
- Green Chili - 1 piece
- Chicken mince - 250g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Blackpepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Smashed potatoes - 2 medium size
- Green chilies - 2 pieces
- Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bread Crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep a pan in medium heat and add oil and onions sauté until half cooked.
- Then add ginger & Garlic paste, green chili fry for 1 minute.
- Now add chicken mince then mix well and cook the chicken.
- Also add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cuminpowder, garam masala and mix well with the chicken.
- Close the pan with the lid and cook in medium heat for 5 minutes or until chicken cooked well.
- Now transfer the chicken mixture to a bowl and add potatoes, green chilies, chopped coriander and salt.
- Mix all the ingredients well incorporated.
- Now make cutlet shape using your hands.
- In a small bowl Crack an egg and beat and add bread crumbs on a tray and set aside.
- Take the cutlet then dip in the egg and dust in the bread crumbs.
- In a frying pan add enough oil for deep frying in high heat.
- Now fry the cutlets until golden brown each side.
- Serve with tomato ketchup.
