Korean Street Food/ Breakfast Toast/ Egg & Cheese Toast Sandwich/ Vegetable Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- White bread - 4 slices
- Butter - 4 tbsp (room temperature)
- Carrot - 1/3 cup julienned
- Onions - 2 tbsp thinly sliced
- Cabbage - 1/2 cup thinly sliced
- Eggs - 2 large size
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp .
- American cheese - 1 slice
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Ketchup - as per taste
- Yellow mustard - as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spread the butter on both sides of the bread.
- In a jar or large bowl add carrots, cabbage, onions, egg, salt, pepper and beat well.
- Apply some 1 tbsp butter on the pan.
- Keep a pan in medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter then add egg mixture.
- And give it a rectangular shape.
- Slice in half once the bottom part is fully cooked.
- Flip and cook the other side. Take out and set aside.
- Toast the bread both sides until golden brown.
- Switch off the flame, and keep a cheese slices on the bread.
- Then the fried egg also sprinkle some sugar.
- Also ketchup and yellow mustard as well.
- Cover with the other toasted bread.
- Cut into two pieces and serve .
