Egg & Cheese Toast Sandwich


Korean Street Food/ Breakfast Toast/ Egg & Cheese Toast Sandwich/ Vegetable Sandwich 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. White bread - 4 slices 
  2. Butter - 4 tbsp (room temperature)
  3. Carrot - 1/3 cup julienned
  4. Onions - 2 tbsp thinly sliced 
  5. Cabbage - 1/2 cup thinly sliced 
  6. Eggs - 2 large size 
  7. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  8. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp .
  9. American cheese - 1 slice
  10. Sugar - 1 tsp
  11. Ketchup - as per taste
  12. Yellow mustard - as per taste 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Spread the butter on both sides of the bread.

  • In a jar or large bowl add carrots, cabbage, onions, egg, salt, pepper and beat well.

  • Apply some 1 tbsp butter on the pan.

  • Keep a pan in medium heat and add 1 tbsp of butter then add egg mixture.

  • And give it a rectangular shape.
  • Slice in half once the bottom part is fully cooked. 

  • Flip and cook the other side. Take out and set aside.

  • Toast the bread both sides until golden brown.

  • Switch off the flame, and keep a cheese slices on the bread.

  • Then the fried egg also sprinkle some sugar.

  • Also ketchup and yellow mustard as well.

  • Cover with the other toasted bread.

  • Cut into two pieces and serve .
