- Heavy cream - 400 ml
- Condensed milk -300 ml
- Mango -1 big size
- Sponge cake
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- Slice the mango.
- In a large bowl add heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence beat in high speed for 5 minutes.
- Take a 8 inch spring form pan, then place a 1 inch thick slice of sponge cake.
- Pour the prepared cream on the top of the cake and spread evenly.
- Then arrange the sliced mango pieces on the cream.
- Then another slice of sponge cake.
- Repeat the same process, pour the cream mix and spread evenly.
- Then arrange the sliced mango pieces on the cream.
- Add some cake crumbs on top.
- Keep the mango ice cream cake on the refrigerator until set.
- Cut and serve cool.
