Mango Ice Cream Cake




INGREDIENTS

  1. Heavy cream - 400 ml
  2. Condensed milk -300 ml
  3. Mango -1 big size
  4. Sponge cake
  5. Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Slice the mango.

  • In a large bowl add heavy cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence beat in high speed for 5 minutes. 

  • Take a 8 inch spring form pan, then place a 1 inch thick slice of sponge cake.


  • Pour the prepared cream on the top of the cake and spread evenly.
  •  

  • Then arrange the sliced mango pieces on the cream.

  • Then another slice of sponge cake.

  • Repeat the same process, pour the cream mix and spread evenly. 

  • Then arrange the sliced mango pieces on the cream. 

  • Add some cake crumbs on top. 

  • Keep the mango ice cream cake on the refrigerator until set.

  • Cut and serve cool.
