Eggless Milk Pudding

 


Eggless Custard |Pudding Recipe | Eggless Pudding 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. Milk - 1/2 cup 
  2. Condensed milk - 1/2 cup 
  3. Hanged yogurt - 1/2 cup 
  4. Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp 
  5. Cornflour or cornstarch - 1/2 tbsp 
  6. Saffron - 1 pinch  (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • In a bowl condensed milk and corn flour then mix well using a whisk. 


  • Then add hanged yogurt mix again.


  • Now add milk and cardamom powder mix well.


  • In a heat resistant box , pour the pudding mixture. 

  • Then dust some cardamom powder and saffron on top.

  • Cover the box with the lid.

  • In the steaming pan cover the bottom with parchment paper or kitchen towel .

  • Then carefully place the pudding box .

  • Then pour hot water fill upto the box half full.

  • Close the pan with the lid.
  • Close the hole on the lid if there is any .

  • Check the pudding with a knife, insert a knife to the pudding if the knife cone out clean then the milk pudding is done cooking. 
  • Take out the box from pan.
  • Then cut into pieces after reach room temperature. 

  • Carefully and slowly take out the pudding pieces using a spatula. 
  • Serve and enjoy the milk pudding.
