Protein Packed chickpea Salad


Enjoy your lesire hours with this healthy and mouthwatering protein chickpea salad. Chickpea comes in a category of beans. You can serve it to your friends and family along with evening tea. You can easily make it at your home with 10 minutes following this quick recipe. 



INGREDIENTS 

  1. Cooked chickpeas - 2 cups 
  2. Cucumber - 1 medium size 
  3. Red onions - 1/2 of medium size 
  4. Cherry tomatoes - 10 to 12 pieces

For Dressing 

  1. Olive oil - 4 tbsp 
  2. Lemon juice - 4 tbsp 
  3. Salt - 1/2 tsp 
  4. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp 
  5. Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
  6. Mustard - 2 tsp 
  7. Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp 


INSTRUCTIONS 


  • In a bowl add chickpea, cucumber, onions, tomatoes. 


  • To make the  dressing for the salad, in a small bowl add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, chili flakes, mustard amd coriander leaves. 


  • Mix everything well. 

  • Then pour the dressing to the chickpea salad.

  • Mix everything together. 

  • Then serve with evening tea.
