Restaurant Style Tandoori Chicken in Oven



In this post we are going to make Easy  Restturant Style Tandoori Chicken in Oven. Here is the recipe for very delicious restaurant style tandoori chicken in oven. Now you can make this mouth-watering Tandoori chicken at home without tandoor, also without compromising the real taste I made mine in an oven but you also make at a stove. INGREDIENTS 

  • Chicken - 500g
  • Curd or yougurt - 4 tbsp 
  • Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tbsp 
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp 
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tsp 
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp 
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt - to taste 


METHOD 


1. Clean the chicken and put deep cuts in the chicken. 

2. In a bowl add curd, ginger & Garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt, kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala and mix that to a paste.



3. Now marinate the chicken in the prepared spice paste.



4. Cover the bowl with a foil or polythene and keep it in the refrigerator overnight  to marinate well.



5. Next day take out the chicken from refrigerator and let that to reach room temperature. After, massage the chicken again with the masala paste.  



6. In the wire rack and cover with foil paper then make some holes using a fork.



7. Now place the marinated chicken on the foil paper .

8. Grill under 200*C for 20 minutes.



9. Take out the chicken after 20 minutes then apply some butter and grill again for 5 minutes. 

10Then again take out after 5 minutes and flip the chicken and apply some butter then grill for another 10 minutes. 

11. In the last 5 minutes place the wire to the top most rack. I will give you the smoky flavour.
