Homemade Japanese Ebi Fry Recipe | Deep Fried Shrimp |Fried Prawns | Fried Prawns with Tatar Sauce
INGREDIENTS
- Hard boiled Egg - 1
- Finely chopped onions - 3 tbsp
- Chopped Dill pickles - 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp (Homemade Mayonnaise)
- Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Shrimp - 300g (deveined and washed)
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
INSTRUCTIONS
- Smash the egg into crumbs.
- Then to the add onions, dill pickle, mayonnaise (Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe)
- Chopped coriander, lemon juice, salt, pepper
- Mix well and set aside.
- Then put deep cuts in the shrimp.
- Then gently press down the shrimp from the other side.
- Now marinate the shrimp with salt, pepper, Chilli powder and ginger and garlic paste.
- Beat the egg.
- Now take a shrimp and coat with flour.
- Then dip in the egg.
- Finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Keep a frying pan in high heat and add enough oil for deep frying.
- Fry the shrimps until golden brown.
- Take out from the oil.
- Serve with prepared Tatar sauce.
