Deep Fried Shrimp



Homemade Japanese Ebi Fry Recipe | Deep Fried Shrimp |Fried Prawns | Fried Prawns with Tatar Sauce


INGREDIENTS 

  1. Hard boiled Egg - 1
  2. Finely chopped onions - 3 tbsp 
  3. Chopped Dill pickles - 1 tbsp 
  4. Mayonnaise - 5 tbsp (Homemade Mayonnaise)
  5. Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp 
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  8. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp 
  9. Shrimp - 300g (deveined and washed)
  10. Salt - 1/4 tsp
  11. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp 
  12. Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp 
  13. Ginger and garlic paste - 1/2 tsp 
  14. All purpose flour - 1/2 cup 
  15. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup 
  16. Egg - 1

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • Smash the egg into crumbs.


  • Mix well and set aside.

  • Then put deep cuts in the shrimp.

  • Then gently press down the shrimp from the other side.

  • Now marinate the shrimp with salt, pepper, Chilli powder and ginger and garlic paste.

  • Beat the egg.

  • Now take a shrimp and coat with flour.

  • Then dip in the egg.

  • Finally coat with breadcrumbs. 

  • Keep a frying pan in high heat and add enough oil for deep frying.


  • Fry the shrimps until golden brown.

  • Take out from the oil.

  • Serve with prepared Tatar sauce.
