Crispy Potato Tacos


Potato Cheese Quesadilla


INGREDIENTS 

  1. Potatoes - 6 small size
  2. Cooking oil - 1 tbsp 
  3. Chopped Onions - 4 tbsp 
  4. Red bell pepper - 4 tbsp 
  5. Green bell pepper - 4 tbsp 
  6. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  7. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp 
  8. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp 
  10. Mozzarella Cheese - 4 tbsp 
  11. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp 
  12. Tortilla - 20 cm
  13. Pizza sauce - 1 tbsp
  14. Mixed cheese -:1 tbsp 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Boil the potatoes until tender.

  • Mash the potatoes. 


  • Keep a pan in medium heat then add oil, onions and bell pepper sauté for 4 to 5 minutes. 

  • Then add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, cumin powder mix well. 

  • Add sautéed veggies to the mashed potatoes and mix everything well. 
  • Also add salt 1/4 tsp and black pepper powder 1/4 for taste. 

  • Add mozzarella cheese and coriander leaves and mix well. 


  • Now add the mixed cheese for one side of the tortilla bread. 

  • Keep the prepared potato masala on the chesse.

  • And again topped with mixed cheese.

  • Close the tacos from the other side and press down.

  • Now keep a pan in medium low heat add oil keep the the tacos and fry.

  • Fry for about 2 minutes each side or until golden brown. 

  • Cut into halves and serve with any sauce.

  • Cheesy inside.
