In this post we are going to make Garlic Bread.
INGREDIENTS
- Butter - 1/2 cup (softened)
- Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Mini buguette - 2
INSTRUCTIONS
- In butter add finely chopped garlic
- Also add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Mix well and keep aside.
- Cut the mini buguette into slices.
- Spread the prepared garlic butter on mini buguette.
*if you are preparing the garlic bread on oven then apply the garlic butter on one side of the bread slice.
*if you are preparing the garlic bread on pan then apply the garlic butter on both sides of the bread.
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking tray and bake 8-10 minutes on 200*C / 400*F preheated oven.
- Alternatively you can toast the bread in pan.
- Apply butter in both sides.
- Toast in pan on medium low heat.
- Toast 1 to 2 minutes each sides.
