Honey Galazed Crispy Chili Chicken


INGREDIENTS 

For Chicken 

  1. Boneless chicken - 400g
  2. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  3. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp 
  4. Chili flakes - 1/2 tsp 
  5. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp 
  6. Egg - 1 
  7. Corn flour - 2 tbsp 
  8. All purpose flour - 1 tbsp
  9. Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp
  10. Oil - to deep fry 

For Sauce 

  1. Oil - 2 tbsp 
  2. Chopped garlic - 2 tbsp 
  3. Chopped Onions - 1 tbsp 
  4. Chilli flakes - 1 tbsp 
  5. Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp 
  6. Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp 
  7. Ketchup - 3 tbsp 
  8. White vinegar - 1 tbsp 
  9. Honey - 2 tbsp 
  10. Salt - to taste 
  11. Seasame seeds - 1 tbsp 

INSTRUCTIONS 


  • cut the chicken into lengthy pieces.

  • In a large bowl add chicken, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, ginger and garlic paste, egg , corn flour, all purpose flour, dark soy sauce and mix well. 
  • Marinate the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes. 

  • Add enough oil to a frying pan for deep fry the chicken.

  • Fry the chicken until golden brown. 

  • In a pan in hight heat add oil, chopped garlic fry for few seconds. 

  • Then add chopped onions and chili flakes fry until onions are translucent.

  • Then add dark soy sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, white vinegar, honey, salt.

  • Mix everything together. 

  • Then add the fried chicken to the sauce mixture and mix well. 

  • Finally add seaseme seed and mix with the chicken.
