Vanilla Pudding| Vanilla Pudding Recipe |Dessert Recipe |Pudding Recipe | Easy Vanilla Pudding at home
INGREDIENTS
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Cornflour -2 tbsp
- Salt - 2 pinch
- Milk - 1/2 liter
- Eggs - 3
- Vanilla essence -2 tsp
- Butter -3 tbsp
- Water -2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a large bowl add sugar , corn flour, salt mix the dry ingredients.
- Add 1/4 cup of milk mix without lumps.
- Now add eggs and mix until incorporate.
- At this stage add the rest of the milk mix well.
- Keep a pan in medium heat then pour the pudding mixture to the pan.
- Keep mixing with a spatula.
- When it's start to thick turn the flame to medium low heat.
- After 4 minutes when pudding gets thick add vanilla essence and butter mix well.
- Also add water. Mix well.
- After vanilla pudding is thickened well strain the pudding using a sieve for smooth pudding.
(This step is completely optional and it's your choice).
- Then transfer to dessert cups let it to cool room temperature and refrigerate at least for 2 hours.
- Garnish with fruits I'm using mango pieces to garnish.
