Vanilla Pudding

INGREDIENTS

  1. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  2. Cornflour -2 tbsp
  3. Salt - 2 pinch
  4. Milk - 1/2 liter
  5. Eggs - 3
  6. Vanilla essence -2 tsp
  7. Butter -3 tbsp 
  8. Water -2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS


  • In  a large bowl add sugar , corn flour, salt mix the dry ingredients. 

  • Add 1/4 cup of milk mix without lumps.

  • Now add eggs and mix until incorporate. 

  • At this stage add the rest of the milk mix well. 

  • Keep a pan in medium heat then pour the pudding mixture to the pan. 

  • Keep mixing with a spatula.
  •  When it's start to thick turn  the flame to medium low heat.

  • After 4 minutes when pudding gets thick add vanilla essence and butter mix well. 

  • Also add water. Mix well. 

  • After vanilla pudding is thickened well strain the pudding using a sieve for smooth pudding.
    (This step is completely optional and it's your choice).

  • Then transfer to dessert cups let it to cool room temperature  and refrigerate at least for 2 hours. 

  • Garnish with fruits I'm using mango pieces to garnish.
