Masala Aloo Chaat

Aloo Masala Chaat Recipe | Aloo Chaat |Potato Snack | Potato Chaat Recipe | Snacks 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. Boiled potatoes - 4 small size 
  2. Cumin - 1/2 tsp 
  3. Grated ginger - 1 tsp 
  4. Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp 
  5. Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp 
  6. Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp 
  7. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  8. Chopped tomatoes - 1 small size 
  9. Green chilies - 2 Chopped 
  10. Chopped Onions - 1
  11. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Chopped 
  12. Besan sev - 2 tbsp 
  13. Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
  14. Oil - 1 tbsp 
  15. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Tarmarind sauce -  

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes.
  • Keep a pan in medium heat and add oil and also add the potatoes. 

  • Fry the potatoes until golden brown approximately 4 to 5 minutes. 
  • Then transfer the potatoes to a bowl.

  • In the same pan add cumin fry for 5 seconds.

  • Then add ginger and green chilli fry for few seconds. .

  • Add chopped tomatoes then cook for 2 minutes.

  • Now add salt , cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder mix well. 

  • Cook until the tomatoes are soft and smash.

  • Transfer the masala to the fried potatoes. 

  • Mix well. 
  • Then transfer to a plate. 

  • Then topped with onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, chaat masala, beans sev , lemon juice and tamarind sauce.
