INGREDIENTS
- Boiled potatoes - 4 small size
- Cumin - 1/2 tsp
- Grated ginger - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Chopped tomatoes - 1 small size
- Green chilies - 2 Chopped
- Chopped Onions - 1
- Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp Chopped
- Besan sev - 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2 lemon
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Tarmarind sauce -
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes.
- Keep a pan in medium heat and add oil and also add the potatoes.
- Fry the potatoes until golden brown approximately 4 to 5 minutes.
- Then transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
- In the same pan add cumin fry for 5 seconds.
- Then add ginger and green chilli fry for few seconds. .
- Add chopped tomatoes then cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt , cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder mix well.
- Cook until the tomatoes are soft and smash.
- Transfer the masala to the fried potatoes.
- Mix well.
- Then transfer to a plate.
- Then topped with onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, chaat masala, beans sev , lemon juice and tamarind sauce.
