Fish Fingers



INGREDIENTS

  • Fish - 400 g
  • Flour- 3/4 cup
  • Lime juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Egg - 2 
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Chicken curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Oil
  • Water


METHOD

  1. Cut the fish pieces into long and thin (not too thin medium thin) slices and wash it with using salt and lime juice.
  2. Drain the water from the fish pieces. There should be no water in the fish pieces.
  3. In a separate bowl add flour, pepper powder, chili powder, chicken curry powder, oregano, salt and mix well.
  4. Then add beaten egg, ginger garlic paste mix every things together and add some more water to make our mixture into a thick paste.
  5. Dip the fish pieces into the batter (make sure the batter should coat the fish piece evenly.)
  6. Add the coated fish piece into bread crumbs and roll it with a spoon.
  7. Heat he oil on high flame then turn the flame on medium when you add the fish piece to the oil.
  8. Fry the fish pieces.
  9. Take out fish fingers after it is turn into golden brown colour.
  10. Serve it hot with chili sauce or Tatar sauce.
