Homemade Chocolate Ice cream

This homemade ice cream recipe is also Eggless and no - churn needed. The result is creamy, smooth and rich homemade chocolate ice cream.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Sweetened condensed milk - 400g (1 can)
  • Cold heavy cream - 480ml (2 cups) 
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder -  60g (1/2 cup)


INSTRUCTIONS 

1. Take a bowl and add cold heavy or whipping cream to that. 



2. Whip to stiff peaks using beater.

(If you place the whipping cream , whipping bowl and beater hooks for 30 mintues before you start to whip it will easily whipped)



3. After that cream becomes stiff peaks add sweetened condensed milk and cocoa powder.  




4. Beat on low speed until all ingredients incorporrated. 



5. Transfer the mixture to a ice cream tub or any container you would like to set the ice cream. 



6. Spread the ice cream mixture evenly. Do not put all your effort to spread that, just gently spread using spoon or spatula. 



8. Cover with plastic wrap of foil paper.



9. The freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.  



Now you can enjoy your homemade chocolate ice cream at low cost. You can also add chocolate chips to this ice cream to be creative.
