No Bake Chocolate Tart



In this post we are going to see how to make No Bake Chocolate Tart at home. Tarts are sweet little pastries with the Crosby crunchy crust. The buttery, crispy, crumbly tart crust goes well with any filling whether you like jams, nuts, chocolate on any savoury filling like chicken, beef, ham or minced meat of your choice. This No Bake Chocolate Tart is so yummy that you can easily wipe out a cholesterol tart like this for dinner or even in lunch. 


A No Bake Chocolate Tart with few ingredients is good and divine in taste. The richness of a crunchy, nutty and crumbly crust topped with smooth, silky chocolate ganache filling, balanced by fabulously fresh cream, berries or with is outof the world. Everyone thinks that you tuturned into a professional pastry chief.


This sweet, classic and yummy dessert will become the first choice of every dinner party hosted by you.  Its way easy and the outcome is so mesmerising that you can just seem to stare it consecutively.  Ever bite of this yummy dessert will melt in your mouth and every single ingredient will punch your buds separately.  You will feel like in chocolate heaven after having a single bite of this treat.

INGREDIENTS 

  • Digestive biscuits - 115
  • Melted butter - 6 tbsp 
  • Semi sweet dark chocolate - 500g
  • Heavy cream -  1 cup
  • Brown sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Salt - pinch
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp 


METHOD 

  1. Turn the digestive biscuits into powder using food processor or mixer grinder.
  2. Then add the 6 tbsp of butter to the powdered mixture and grind until tthe powder and butter together. 


3. Add the mixture to a 9mm tart pan and spread evenly. 



4. Gently press down the mixture on the pan using your hand.

5. Refrigerate the basbase of the tart for 20 minutes. 



6. Meanwhile we start to make the chocalate ganache. 

7. For that chopped the chocalate bar so that chocolate will melt quickly. 



8. We are going to make chocolate ganache in double boiling method. 

9. We need a saucepan and heat proof glass bowl. Keep little water in saucepan and wait until it is simmer.

10. Then Kerp the glass bowl top of the saucepan like the picture shown below. 👇 



11. In the glass add heavy cream  , sugar. 4 tbsp butter, chopped dark chocolate, salt and vanilla extract. 

12. Mix gradually til the chocalate completely melt and we'll combined. 



13. Let the chocalate ganache mixture cool for 10 - 20 minutes. 




14. Pour the chocalate ganache mixture to the tart base . 

15. Refrigerate overnight or until set.



16. Remove the tart pan. 



17. Then cut and serve cool.



18. I add some fresh cream and dust some chocolate powder to garnish the our No Bake Chocolate Tart.
