In this post we are going to make Panner Manchurian.

INGREDIENTS
- Panner - 250g
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Big onion - 3 (sliced)
- Green chili - 3
- Tomatoes - 3
- Ginger & Garlic - 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick - 2
- Few curry leaves
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Chili powder - 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 4 tbsp
- Vinegar - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Oil
- Salt
- Water - 3 tbsp
METHOD
1. Cut the paneer into cube shape and marinate with salt, pepper, chili powder, flour and water. Mix everything together.
2. you can also add corn flour for extra crispy.
3. In a frying pan add enoug oil to fry. (either you can deep fry or shallow fry.)
4. Then add the marinated paneer to the pan .
6. In a pan add oil cinnamon stick, curry leaves, ginger and garlic paste and fry until golden brown.
7. Then add onions and green chilies and close with a lid for 1 minute in low heat.
8. After onions cooked add tomatoes again close with the lid and wait for another 1 minute.
9. Open the lid and check onions are cooked soft if it is so then add pepper powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix well.
11. Keep the flame on medium and let the mixture for 30 seconds and add sugar.
12. Now add 1/2 cup of water and vinegar and let that to simmer.
13. Finally add fried paneer and mix well . Close for few seconds and switch off the stove.
