In this post we are going to make One Pot Chicken cheesy Pasta.

This dish will become your go-to meal for all the busy days. It is one of the dishes that require very little effort and everyone who tries it will love it for sure
It covers all basic food groups so it is nutritional, uses one pot hence minimal meet and this is the best way for picky eater to intake their veggies and protein.
INGREDIENTS
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Onions - 1 medium size
- Bomeless chicken breast - 2 medium size
- Grated garlic - 1 tbsp
- Grated ginger - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- Bell pepper - 1 Red & 1 green
- Tomato pulp - 1 cup
- Milk - 3 cups
- Penne pasta - 2 1/2 cup
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 cup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep a pan in medium flame, then add oil and onions sauté until translucent.
- Then add grated ginger and garlic cook for few seconds.
- Then add chicken and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Now add salt, pepper powder, chilli powder, Italian seasoning.
- Mix well..
- Now add bell pepper and mix with chicken.
- Add tomatoe pulp and mix well.
- And also add milk bring it to a boil.
- Now add penne pasta mix well .
- Then cover and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
- In between open then lid and mix.
- After 12 minutes open the lid and add mozzarella cheese on top.
- Then close again with the lid for another 2 minutes.
- Now our One Pot Chicken cheesy Pasta is ready to serve.
- Garnish with fresh chopped onion grass.
