They are ridiculously easy to prepare, yummiest and light breakfast that full your stomach with goodness and nutrients. 

The Overnight Oats are a must try breakfast, especially if you want a super easy delicious and convenient meal on the go.



INGREDIENTS 

  1. Oats - 1/2 cup 
  2. China seeds - 1 tbsp 
  3. Milk - 1/2 cup 
  4. Homey - 1 tbsp 
  5. Vanilla essence - 1 tsp 
  6. Salt - pinch
  7. Mango - 1/4 cup 
  8. Greek yogurt - 6 tbsp 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a jar add oats, china seeds and milk.

  • Then add honey to the jar.

  • Now add the mango pieces. 

  • Also add vanilla essence,  salt and mix well with a spoon.

  • Then close with a and refrigerate overnight. 

  • In the morning take out the tropical oats from the fridge and add Greek yogurt on top.

  • Top with mango kiwi and desiccated coconut.
