Chocolate Mousse Trifle


Only 3 Ingredients Chocolate Mousse Trifle. This Chocolate Mousse Trifle recipe is so easy that you would want to make it for all of your chocolate loving friends. This simple no naked dessert so perfect for any time of the year. Make this rich and decadent trifle with a repeated layer of chocolate mousse, whipped cream and your favourite chocolate cookies. That is such an indulgent luxurious treat for anyone who loves chocolate and the best part is you will only need 3 ingredients to make this delightful dessert. 


INGREDIENTS 

  1. Oreo biscuits - 8 to 10 pieces 

  2. Whipping cream - 300ml  (chilled)

  3. Semi Sweet dark chocolate - 100g 


IINSTRUCTIONS 


  • Add the oreo biscuits to a zip lock bag or food processor and crush them into small pieces. 

  • Take a heat resistant bowl and keep that in simmering water saucepan. (Double boiling method)

  • Then add 50ml of whipping cream. 

  • Mix until chocolate completely melts.
  • Then let it to cool.

  • In another bowl add rest of the 250ml of whipping cream. 
  • Beat until soft peaks. 

  • Take half of the whipping cream and add to the chilled chocolate and beat until combined. 

  • Transfer both chocolate mousse and whipping cream to pipping bags.

  • In a glass add crushed oreo as first layer.

  • Then chocolate mousse and whipped cream as second and third layer.


  • Repeat the layer until the glass is fill.

  • You can serve thus right away or chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
