Mixed Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Carrot - 2 medium size 
  2. Cauliflower - 1.5 cup 
  3. Broccoli - 1.5 cup 
  4. Capsicum - 1 cup (Red and green)
  5. Cabbage - 1 cup 
  6. Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  7. Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp 
  8. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp 
  9. Salt - 1/4 tsp 
  10. Sugar - 1/2 tsp 
  11. Corn starch - 1 tsp 
  12. Water - 2 tbsp 
  13. Oil - 2 tbsp 
  14. Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp 
  15. Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp 
  16. Green chilies - 3 pieces 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Heat the water and add carrots and boil for 2 minutes. 

  • Then add cauliflower, broccoli and boil another 2 minutes with carrots. 

  • Add cabbage, capsicum and boil foe 30 seconds more.

  • Then strain  from the water. 

  • In a bowl add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, salt, sugar, cornstarch, water and mix well without lumps.

  • Keep a pan in high heat add oil , chopped garlic, chopped ginger and green chilies. 
  • Fry until slightly brown. 

  • Then add boiled vegetables and fry for 1 minute. 

  • Now add the prepared sauce .
  • And fry for another 1 or 2 minutes. 

  • Now you can enjoy your mixed Chinese vegetable stir fry.
