Quick and esay Vegetable Recipe |Mixed veggies stir fry |Healthy veggies stir fry|
INGREDIENTS
- Carrot - 2 medium size
- Cauliflower - 1.5 cup
- Broccoli - 1.5 cup
- Capsicum - 1 cup (Red and green)
- Cabbage - 1 cup
- Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Corn starch - 1 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
- Chopped Ginger - 1 tbsp
- Green chilies - 3 pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the water and add carrots and boil for 2 minutes.
- Then add cauliflower, broccoli and boil another 2 minutes with carrots.
- Add cabbage, capsicum and boil foe 30 seconds more.
- Then strain from the water.
- In a bowl add soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili flakes, salt, sugar, cornstarch, water and mix well without lumps.
- Keep a pan in high heat add oil , chopped garlic, chopped ginger and green chilies.
- Fry until slightly brown.
- Then add boiled vegetables and fry for 1 minute.
- Now add the prepared sauce .
- And fry for another 1 or 2 minutes.
- Now you can enjoy your mixed Chinese vegetable stir fry.
