Lassi is a very common drink made from yogurt. During this summer time, it is very popular also during the Ramadan time for iftar. It is very refreshing and full of nutrition. Making any Lassi is very easy and simple and takes very less time. Today in this post I have shown you guys how to make a Lassi using dates and Nuts.
INGREDIENTS
- Dates - 1/2 cup soaked in 1/2 cup Milk
- Cashew nuts - 10 t 12 pieces
- Yogurt - 2/3 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Pistachios - for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender jar add soaked dates and yoghurt.
- Also add sugar and cashews nuts.
- Add ice cubes.
- Add the milk at this stage.
- Blend well.
- Transfer to glasses.
- Garnish with Pistachios and serve cchill.
