- Canned tuna - 270g (drained)

- Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Chopped coriander - 2 tbsp
- Sliced bread - 2 slices for each sandwich
- Softened butter - 1 tbsp for each slice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Drain the tuna in water.
- Drain the tuna completely.
- Transfer the drained tuna to a bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard paste, cucumber, onions, salt, pepper, lime juice, coriander leaves and mix everything together.
- Apply the butter on bread slices.
- Then keep the tuna mixture on the bread and spread evenly.
- Keep the 2nd slice of the bread on top and cut into 2 pieces.
