Chicken Doughnut

INGREDIENTS 

  1. Boneless chicken - 200g
  2. Salt - 1 tsp 
  3. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  6. Cumin powder - 1 tsp 
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 
  8. Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  9. Chopped Onions - 1/2 cup
  10. Green chilies - 2 big size
  11. Chopped coriander - 3 tbsp 
  12. Smashed potatoes - 3 big size 
  13. All purpose flour - 1/2 cup 
  14. Corn Starch - 1/4 cup 
  15. Egg -1 small size 
  16. Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  17. Egg - 2

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • In a food processor add chicken, salt, pepper, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste, chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves. 

  • Grind to a fine paste.

  • Then transfer the chicken mixture to a bowl. 
  • Then add potatoes, egg (1) and all purpose flour.
  • Add the flour gradually.
  • Mix well.

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Dust a tray with all purpose flour. 

  • Take medium portion of the chicken mixture and make 1/2 inch thick chicken patty.
  • Then keep it in the dusted tray.

  • Now make holes on the middle of the chickeb patty using any cutter.

  • Then dip in the egg.

  • Then coat with the breadcrumbs. 

  • Keep the chicken doughnuton fridge for 30 minutes before fry.

  • Add enough oil to a frying pan to deep fry.

  • Fry chicken Donut until golden brown. 
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
