Caramel Tart |Tart recipe |Homemade Caramel Tart|Tart|Bengali Dessert Recipe IINGREDIENTS Digestive biscuits - 8 to 10 pieces Melted butter - 1/4 cup Sugar - 1 cup Water - 1/2 cup Butter - 1/3 cup or 5 tbsp Heavy cream - 1/2 cup INSTRUCTION Add the digestive biscuits to a zip lock bag and crush into powder using a rolling pin. Then add this powder to a plate and add melted butter then mix until crumbs. Take a tart pan apply some butter and add biscuit crumbs and gradually press down. Bake this tart 8 to 10 minutes 180*C on preheated oven. Meanwhile in a saucepan add sugar and water. Do not use a spoon to mix. Just shake with handle to mix. After few minutes you can see caramelising on corner ssides. When it's change in colour to brown add heavy cream. Now use a spoon to mix. When is turn to thick caramel add butter and mix to melt. Eggless Custard |Pudding Recipe | Eggless Pudding INGREDIENTS Milk - 1/2 cup Condensed milk - 1/2 cup Hanged yogurt - 1/2 cup Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp Cornflour or cornstarch - 1/2 tbsp Saffron - 1 pinch (optional) INSTRUCTIONS In a bowl condensed milk and corn flour then mix well using a whisk. Then add hanged yogurt mix again. Now add milk and cardamom powder mix well. In a heat resistant box , pour the pudding mixture. Then dust some cardamom powder and saffron on top. Cover the box with the lid. In the steaming pan cover the bottom with parchment paper or kitchen towel . Then carefully place the pudding box . Then pour hot water fill upto the box half full. Close the pan with the lid. Close the hole on the lid if there is any . Ingredients Panner coarsely grated - 2 cups Vegetable oil - 1 ttbsp Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp Onions coarsely cut - 1 cup Green chili thinly sliced - 1 Red chilli pieces / chili paste - to taste Crushed ginger - 1 tsp Crushed garlic - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1 pinch Tomato cut in small pieces - 1 Curry leaves - finely chopped Salt - to taste METHOD 1. Heat oil in pan add oil and add mustard seeds to it. 2. Fry the cut onions, green chilies, garlic and ginger under medium heat. 3.
